1. Recipient must be an employee of Best Western Vagabond Motel or Budget Host Villa Motel for three months before the first day of class for the fall semester.
2. Must have a 2.0 cumulative GPA at the end of the last completed semester or a 2.0 cumulative high school GPA.
3. Must work a minimum of 24 hours per week.
4. Must work a minimum of 80% of the weeks during each semester.
