Criteria for scholarship recipients will include a preference for deserving students majoring in elementary education, music and technology studies. To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must be a sophomore, junior or senior rank at the time the scholarship is awarded. It was the desire of the donor that, whenever practical, the same number of scholarships be awarded in each of the three identified areas.
