Richard Diamond Scholarship

1. First preference will be given to FHSU students who are deserving graduates of Mankato High School (USD #278).
2. Should there be none awarded to the above, then the scholarships will be given to FHSU students who are from Jewell County.
3. Only students from Mankato or Jewell County are to receive any of these scholarships.
