Charles and Ida Locke Vocal Scholarship

1. A student who demonstrates exceptional singing ability, preferably a female vocalist.
2. The student should ideally have as his/her major course of study, voice, music education, or vocal performance. However, an exceptional student who is active in vocal performance with a major outside of the above mentioned area could be considered.
3. Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 for all college work and a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA for those courses which are part of his/her major
