1. Recipient(s) must be a graduate of an Ellis County, Kansas high school.
2. Recipient(s) must be a full-time, on-campus, undergraduate student(s) enrolled at Fort Hays State University.
3. First preference will be given to student(s) majoring in Mathematics. If no recipient(s) are found, second preference would include any other major in the Peter Werth College of Science, Technology and Mathematics.
4. Recipient(s) must be enrolled in or completed a college level introductory calculus course.
5. Recipient(s) must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
6. Renewable in subsequent years providing the recipient re-applies each year, continues to meet the conditions for eligibility, and funds are available.
