1. Recipient(s) can be full-time or part-time, on-campus or virtual, and an undergraduate or graduate student(s) at Fort Hays State University.
2. Recipients must be a Junior, Senior, or Post-Graduate.
3. Recipients must be pursuing a degree from the Department of Nursing.
4. Recipients must have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
