Must be a full-time student with a junior level academic standing, with a commitment to a career in government or elsewhere in the public sector, have outstanding leadership potential and communication skills, plans to complete a graduate degree, is in the upper 1/4 of the class and is a U.S. citizen, or U.S. national, except for residents of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa or the Northern Marianas who must be in their senior class.
