Samuel Martin and Frances Evelyn Hamilton Scholarship
Eligibility for this scholarship shall be based upon the following criteria:
1. Students majoring in Philosophy at FHSU.
2. Preference will be given to students whose father has passed away.
3. Preference will be given to students with a minimum 3.0 grade point average.
4. Preference will be given to students with a financial need.
